Super Erecta Hot shelves are essential for take-out operations to ensure food is hot and appetizing before it reaches the customer.

Super Erecta Hot shelves can also be used in various other situations like holding finished dishes on a buffet line or in the pass-through kitchen area
Each heated shelf comes with four polymer feet to use the shelf warmers as a hot plate.

Super Erecta Hot Heated Shelves are available in 18 different sizes and are compatible with all Metro Super Erecta SiteSelect posts. Shelves can be adjusted in 1” (25mm) increments. Please note that the minimum clearance from bottom of shelf to combustible surfaces is 1.5” (38mm). Recommended minimum spacing between shelves is 5.73” (146mm).

Durable, Type 304 Stainless Steel construction with an aluminum inner core is rust-resistant, easy-to-clean, and provides consistent, radiant heat across the surface of each shelf.  The aluminum core keeps finished plates fresh and warm for service, or ingredients you need to keep warm while prepping.

The control panel conveniently located on the front on each Super Erecta Hot Heated Shelf includes an on/off power switch and an adjustable thermostat to allow the user to control the surface temperature up to a maximum of 200°F (93°C).
